I have learned from a very reliable source that Germano, who previously worked at the Taverna Restaurant will be the chef partner at Samson's and the Manager will be Bronwyn Minin. The website for Adratica's first restaurant is now live, and you can view the menu! I hear that the opening date is August 1st, but that is not confirmed. You can see the site here.
